Day Off
My legs hurt and my neck is a little stiff today! Guess the lunges caught up with me! Coach worked with me yesterday on my position on the overhead press, though I would slowly go back to my bad position- coach was there to correct me and save my neck from hurting more than it does.

Workout: Overhead press w/ 5lb bar, butterfly looking arm extension w/bar and standing push ups.
Total Time: 11 minutes
Total Reps: 330 give or take a few.
I feel pretty good today, nothing to sore- though I'm surprised since I did lunges yesterday. Today's workout seemed pretty easy at first until I started minute 5. At that point the 5 lb bar seemed to weigh 2o lbs.

These didn't look hard at all- but as usual, I was wrong. Wow, talk about feeling the burn, I felt it. Thank goodness for Coach, had it not been for him I would of quit about 2o lunges earlier.

Workout time: ? under 10 minutes
Work Out: 4 Hill sprints & 4 burpees between each sprint.
My legs still hurt from day two's workout, but I'm beginning to think maybe I'm supposed to know they are down there instead of being the jello existence they previously were. Before, the only time I knew my legs existed were when I would walk fast and feel them jiggle-seriously!

Sorry Coach, I had to take today off. I've got a lot going on today with the Grad party this evening. I'm sure I'll pay for this:)

Today I get a day off-Thanks goodness! Parts of my body hurt that I didn't know could even hurt. Walking up and down stairs is difficult at this point, actually walking in general is painful. Coach Joby called to see how I was doing, he suggested I drink plenty of water and assured me I would feel better.

Day 2
It sucked today! I don't like Bridal Boot Camp, I don't like Bridal Boot Camp, I don't like Bridal Boot Camp!!!!! I did 4, forever long sprints and 25 squats after each sprint. They didn't look so hard, but I forgot how out of shape I am. Coach Joby was very positive and kept me motivated, to the point that I wanted to finish. Without Coach Joby today I would of quit on sprint #2 and may of given up on Bridal Boot Camp.
I'm 2 days closer to my Wedding/Beach body:)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
